Administrative Specialist
The Administrative specialist duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our nonprofit organization. Supports the board of directors and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and finances.
Arrows Director
The Arrows Program Director is responsible for the implementation of goals, objectives, policies and plans developed/established by the Executive Board for WLWC, cooperating with the Board in fulfilling its governance function, and providing leadership and overall management direction of the Arrows Program.

Arrows Coach
Arrows coaches take the lead in supporting a young person through an ongoing, one-to-one relationship; serving as a positive role model and friend while helping our Arrows youth set goals and realize their potential. Coaches work closely with the director and other coaches to implement best practice for youth
